If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging).
  • Please include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).
  • If you report a defect or damage, please attach clear photos or a short video with your request.
  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our Contact Page within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Submit your request via the form or contact options provided. Our team will review your case and send you a return shipping label with instructions.
  3. All returns must be shipped using the label we provide so your shipment can be correctly routed and processed in our warehouse.

Note: Always register your return with us before shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns not due to a product fault (for example, the item is no longer required, does not meet expectations, or the purchase decision has changed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To simplify the process, we provide a prepaid label. A flat fee of $4.90 USD will be automatically deducted from your refund to cover the label.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method or, if preferred, as store credit.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
